Our Founders
Lucy & Lyla met in 2016 at a cross-cultural leadership event. Lyla instantly liked Lucy. Lucy didn’t know how she felt about Lyla. But Lyla was persistent and grew on her! Now, they are committed to sharing their love and expertise of cross-cultural practice with facilitators across the globe. They’ve discovered that when you care deeply about a common goal, it’s easy to get along and make things happen.
