CultureLAB
Afshan Baksh and I met via attending each other’s training events – and thought a-ha! We could complement each other.
Afshan is the Founder and MD of Transformation Space and a Lego® Serious Play® facilitator.
Exploring how our approaches (cultural intelligence & Lego® Serious Play®) could be fused to create transformative development days which enable people to explore how to enhance inclusion, led to the creation of CultureLAB. (LAB being a fusion of Lucy , Afshan, Butters & Baksh)
Inclusive Cultures: Exploring with cultural intelligence and Lego® Serious Play® is (at minimum) a one day workshop for teams and organisations to generate insights and create plans which lead to overcoming issues that are holding them back from being truly inclusive.

Lucy and Pete were introduced when Leyla Okhai recommended Lucy as a speaker to Pete for a client he had in Glasgow. Since that introduction Pete and Lucy have combined their expertise and approaches to create development programmes for organisations as diverse as NHS, museums and universities.
Pete brings a wealth of expertise in EDI, across all topics and especially accessibility and mental health. He also has a collaborative approach and has recognized that cultural intelligence is a good fit for some of his clients.
Whatever the focus (be that conscious decision making, creating inclusive services, to navigating avoided or challenging conversations) inclusion sits at the heart of our development programmes which have ranged from creating on-line resources (in partnership with Goss Consulting), to individual training days and train-the-trainer development and support programmes.
