Based in the US, David is one of the co-founders of the Cultural Intelligence Center and delivered training and keynotes around the world, with North America, China and South-East Asia being the areas he has worked in the most. Buhle is based in Canada. He was introduced to CQ while working in youth- and faith-based work in his home country of South Africa. He now works globally (although his key focus is North America and South Africa), providing facilitation mainly to corporate clients.

Anindita is based in India. Her key audience is multinationals, especially Indian ones. She mainly works out of India, but programme participants are from many countries. A key focus of her work with CQ is the synergies it has to support change management.

Fenny is based in Singapore. She is a professional executive coach and consultant who has lived and worked in various countries including Malaysia, China, Indonesia, the US and Australia. Her key client group has been multinational companies.

Andrej is based in the Czech Republic. After a career in sales and human resources at national and global levels for multinational companies, living in six countries across Europe and North Africa, he founded Cultural Bridge in Slovakia, a training company that designs programmes predominantly for the corporate sector.

Justin is based in Rwanda. He leads Impact Route, which he founded in 2017. His company provides cultural orientation and CQ training to a diversity of clients, ranging from gap year and home stay programmes (frequently with participants from the US and Europe) to working with international companies that have operations in several countries.

Catherine is based in Singapore. She is a lecturer in cultural intelligence and global leadership at Nanyang Technological University and the director of executive programmes at the Centre for Leadership and Cultural Intelligence in Singapore.  Originally from France, she started her career as a cross-cultural trainer in China.

Samara is based in the US. In 2014, she founded CulturGrit LLC to equip leaders with the mindset and skills, including CQ, to work with those who are different from them. Samara grew up in Lebanon and draws on her personal journey, her legal career and her regular work across cultures to further organisational culture transformation and build more inclusive, innovative workspaces.

Tom is based in Australia. He founded Cultural Synergies Pty Ltd in 1992. His key client group is multinational companies and there are three key elements to his consultancy: equity, diversity and inclusion; CQ; and global leadership. He has delivered development programmes in more than 40 countries, and his current focus is executive coaching.

Sandra is based in the US. Sandra spent 18 years working in universities, latterly as dean of a business school, prior to spending seven years in vice president roles with the Cultural Intelligence Center. Since 2021, as CEO to Upton Consulting Group, she uses CQ as a tool to design and create change management strategies that create inclusive cultures.
